HAMPDEN, Maine — The body of a male teenager has been found near a gravel pit in Hampden, and police say the area is being processed “as a crime scene.”
Police and the Maine Warden Service say the body has not been identified. But it was found in an area where authorities have been searching for 17-year-old Nathan Clark of Hampden, who was reported missing Sunday by his father.
A representative from the state medical examiner’s office is en route to the scene.
The body was found by game warden Roger Guay and his K-9, Maggie.
