PORTLAND, Maine — A flood warning is posted in Skowhegan, Maine, as the Kennebec River continues to rise.
The National Weather Service says minor flooding is expected.
The river isn’t expected to fall below flood stage until midnight.
The flood warning is posted through Saturday night.
