BANGOR – Rhonda J. (McLaughlin) Bernard, 48, died April 9, 2009. She was the wife of Thomas Bernard; loving mother of Anthony McLaughlin and Jenna McLaughlin; and devoted Nana of Giselle Reece “Jazzy” McLaughlin. She is survived by her parents, Katherine and Frank Rice; siblings, Denise and husband, Allen Michaud, twin brother, Josh and wife, Krissy, Gordon and James, and Bobbi Jo and husband, Valdemar Canales. She was predeceased by her brother Patrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a great-niece, two great-nephews; and best friends, Barbara Sergeant and Joey “Aunt Betty” Arbour.
