GREENBUSH and BUCKSPORT – Robert E. Piers, 69, passed away May 24, 2009. He was predeceased by his mom, dad and stepdad. Bob is survived by daughters, Ann and Angel; son, Chris; brothers, Al and his wife, Helen, Norman and Nolan; sisters, Mary and Betty; grandchild, Nicole and husband, Nat; several other grandchildren, nephews and nieces; special friends, Mike D., Larry L., Joe K., Mike B., Eric and wife, Maryann, and several other close friends. A gathering will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 28, at United Baptist Church, 86 Middle St., Old Town.
