HOULTON and RANDOLPH – Brian Earl McCarthy, 45, died May 28, 2009, at his residence. He was born Sept. 4, 1963, in Houlton, the son of John and Ruby (Ivey) McCarthy. Brian attended Houlton schools and was a graduate of Houlton High School. He is survived by his loving mother of Houlton; half brother, Larry McCarthy of Houlton; several aunts, uncles cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by his father; and half brother, David McCarthy. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Bruce Williams officiating. Friends may make gifts in Brian’s memory to his memorial fund, care of Dunn Funeral Home, 11 Park St., Houlton.
