COLOGNE, Germany — Dan Hardy and Dennis Siver beat Bangor’s Marcus Davis and Dale Hartt, respectively, in the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Comeback event Saturday.
Hardy improved his record to 22-6 by earning a split decision over Davis, who is now 21-6.
Siver used a rear-naked chokehold at the 3:23 mark of the first round to win by submission over Hartt. In a rear-naked chokehold, the winner encircles the loser’s neck from behind with his arms.
Siver is now 14-6 while Hartt fell to 6-2.
