BURLINGTON, Vt. — A Vermont man is being held without bail on charges of drugging and fondling a 13-year-old girlfriend of his daughter at a sleepover.
Fifty-year-old Robert Kolibas, of Williston, is charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a child, unlawful restraint and dispensing a drug to a minor. He was arraigned Monday after being apprehended in northern Maine earlier this month, the Burlington Free Press reported.
Police say the girl was staying overnight at Kolibas’ home May 30 when she drank a drug-laced “smoothie” and later awoke to find Kolibas touching her breasts and pelvic area and trying to remove her clothes. Police say she tried to awaken Kolibas’ daughter by kicking her, but that Kolibas held her legs.
