HOULTON – Hud Floyd Donahue Sr., 64, passed away July 5, 2009, at his home. He was born April 14, 1945, to George and Louise Donahue. Hud is survived by his children, Sara and Andy Phillips, Floyd Jr., Kate and her friend, Rick, all of Houlton, and Jamie, who lives in Massachusetts; eight grandchildren, Breanna, Nicholas, Morgan and Cleo Phillips, Brittany and Shelby Pelletier, and Angel and Bailey Melvin; six brothers, Charlie, Richard, Lee, Carl, Dale and Dell; two sisters, Jean Newcomb and Shirley Taylor; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Bamp spent many hours with his Phillips grandchildren and they will miss the barn trips, visits at camp and going for rides. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. July 14 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. A reception will be afterward at the church.
