SCARBOROUGH, Maine — Eyewitnesses say traffic is backed up for several miles in the southbound lane of Interstate 95 near Scarborough after an accident involving a tractor-trailer this afternoon.
The tractor-trailer, witnesses say was overturned near the Scarborough exit.
