FORT KENT – Florence (Soucy) Pelletier, 81, died July 16, 2009, at a Fort Kent health care facility. She was born June 16, 1928, in Fort Kent, daughter of Arthur and Amanda (St. Onge) Soucy. She is survived by one son, Clarence Pelletier of Windham; two sisters, Rose Babin and her husband, David, of Fort Kent, and Jeannette Madore of Sabbatus; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Pelletier in 2002; and one brother, Richard Soucy. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no viewing. Family and friends are invited to attend a committal service 9 a.m. Friday, July 31, at the Maine Veterans’ Cemetery Chapel, Augusta. Arrangements are being conducted by Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent.
