Bangor Daily News Policy Regarding Help Wanted Display Help wanted display ads containing no logos, artwork, or special composition are accepted as a courtesy service until 12 noon for the following day’s publication (1 p.m. on Wednesday for Saturday’s publication). This fast service is offered to enable the advertiser to find the help needed as quickly as possible. These ads, however, are not within our display deadline policy (4 full days prior to publication.) In rendering this courtesy service to advertisers, errors are occasionally made. In the event of an error, a correction will be made in the ad for the following day, if the ad in question is scheduled to run again. ONLY THE CORRECTION will be made. No credit adjustments, reruns or charge-offs will be authorized or issued. The Bangor Daily News will not be responsible for any errors in these short notice advertisements. Sales Help Wanted Ads Advertisements for sales help MUST state the type of product or the service to be sold. A name which indicates the nature of the product is acceptable. When based on commission NO statement of the dollar amount that may be earned is acceptable.
