SALEM, Ore. – Kimball Owen Summers died unexpectedly June 2, 2009. He was born in Bakersfield, Calif., lived many years in Maine and moved to Oregon in 2004. Kim is survived by his daughter, Haley of Bangor; his parents, two sisters and three nieces, all of Oregon, a step-nephew of California, and many friends reaching from the East to West coasts. He was laid to rest at a graveside service June 9 at Belcrest Memorial Park, Salem, Ore. A celebration of Kim’s life is scheduled for Aug. 29 in Glenburn.
