OLD TOWN and WATERBURY, Conn. – Pamela Blake Chaloux, 51, died unexpectedly Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009. Pam was born Aug. 2, 1958, in Lincoln, daughter of the late Philip and Edwidge (Landry) Blake. She lived most of her life in Maine and worked for Old Town Family Practice for 20 years before moving to Waterbury, Conn., to be with her beloved grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, mother and nana. She enjoyed her time at camp on Silver Lake, watching sports and doting on her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a passionate, selfless woman, who always put her family first. Pam is survived by her husband, Randall Chaloux; two daughters, Erica Green of Sour Lake, Texas, and Jessica Curtin and her husband, Declan, of Beacon Falls, Conn.; six brothers, David Murchison of Lakeland, Fla., Philip Blake of Union, Bradbury Blake of Cape Elizabeth, Brian Blake of Troy, Timothy Blake of Limerick and Gregory Blake of Westbrook; two sisters, Phyllis Goodine of Woodville and Anna Blake of Bangor; five grandchildren, Ryan, Brayden, Collin, Brennan and Ronan Curtin; in-laws, Al Chaloux and the late Myrtle Chaloux; two sisters-in-law, Linda Dall and Laurie Dempsey; several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held noon until the time of service 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., Naugatuck, Conn.
