HERMON — Brandon Bonville, Sam Clukey and Wilder York each scored a goal to lead the Presque Isle Wildcats to a 3-0 schoolboy soccer victory over the Hermon Hawks Thursday.

Bonville and Clukey scored in the first half for 7-0-2 Presque Isle, while York scored in the second. Dillon Kingsbury turned away nine of 16 shots.

Justin Cullens made 19 saves on 27 shots for 3-6 Hermon.

Southern Aroostook 7, Lee 1

At Dyer Brook, Dakota Sleeper scored five goals, all in the first half, as Southern Aroostook beat Lee Academy.

Nick Tarr and Jesse Boulier added second-half goals for the 10-2 Warriors. David Dubois provided two assists and Gary Sutherland had an assist. Boulier and Joe Frazier combined for four saves on eight shots.

Jason Oh scored on a direct kick in the first half for 2-5 Lee. Jake Kuester saved 14 of 24 shots.

George Stevens 3, Sumner 0

At Blue Hill, Michael Senter-Zapata scored two first-half goals as George Stevens Academy shut out Sumner of East Sullivan.

Pierre Dillon scored in the second half for the 4-5 Eagles. Cameron Lawson had an assist. Ben Olivari and Henry Sullivan combined for three saves on four shots.

Dillan Harmon made seven saves on 15 shots for 3-7 Sumner.

Bucksport 8, Mattanawcook 0

At Lincoln, Cody Farrell and John Grindle each had three goals and two assists to pace the Golden Bucks.

Jeff Goldman and Cam St. Peter also scored for 3-5 Bucksport, while goalie Joe Goodin stopped all six shots he faced.

Tyler Wakefield made 14 saves on 38 shots for 0-8 Mattanawcook Academy.

DI-Stonington 10, Searsport 0

At Searsport, Evan Rollins, Oliver Lawson and Cody Grinnel each scored two goals to pace the Deer Isle-Stonington Mariners to victory.

Blake Bartlett, Toby Schulze, Brett Gagne, Nathan Davis and Hayden Ciomei each scored one goal for the 6-11 Mariners. Joe Carter made six saves on 10 shots.

Austin Bean saved 18 of 29 shots for the 0-9 Vikings.

Calvary Chapel 6, Islesboro 2

At Bangor, Daniel Armenta scored four goals to help keep Calvary Chapel of Orrington undefeated.

Derek Russell scored the other two goals for the 8-0-1 Sabers. Stephen Berenyi assisted three goals and Colby Downs provided an assist. Devon Warman saved three of five shots.

D.J. Johnson and Max Mahan scored for 4-3 Islesboro. Gerrard Scherr turned away 10 of 25 shots.

Greenville 2, Richmond 1

At Richmond, Tony DiAngelo scored on a direct kick to the upper left corner of the goal 16:48 into the second half to break the 1-1 tie as Greenville handed Richmond its first loss.

Dylan Bouchard tied it 11 minutes into the second with an unassisted goal for 5-3 Greenville. Alex Jardine saved six of 16 shots.

Mike Christie scored with eight minutes left in the first half for 7-1 Richmond. Brad Carver turned away two of five shots.

Orono 3, Central 1

At Corinth, Miguel Caballero scored two goals and assisted the other as Orono scored three unanswered goals to beat Central.

Charlie Boyle also scored for 9-0 Orono. A.J. Coleman saved 12 of 16 shots.

Matt Melanson scored off a Matt Kelly assist in the first half for 1-9 Central. Cole Haskell made 14 saves on 21 shots.

Girls soccer

Southern Aroostook 9, Lee 2

At Dyer Brook, Rochelle Nadeau scored four goals to help Southern Aroostook improve to 13-0.

Janelle Rockwell added three goals and an assist for the Warriors and twin sister Jasmine added a goal. Desirae Dubois chipped in with a goal and Evangeline Goodall notched two assists while Kim Pratt and Liz Goodall had an assist apiece. Emily Cummings made two saves on four shots.

Katelyn Mallett and Rachael Kerr each scored a goal for 1-9-1 Lee and Felicia Thornton made eight saves on 22 shots.

Shead 1, Narraguagus 0

At Harrington, Vanessa Patterson scored off a Jenny Cushing assist midway through the second half to lead Shead of Eastport past Narraguagus.

Cassandra Stanhope earned the shutout for 3-5 Shead.

Haley Eckert was in goal for 4-7 Narraguagus.

Washington Acad. 6, Sumner 0

At East Machias, Brandelyn Hodgdon had a hat trick as Washington Academy shut out Sumner of East Sullivan.

Brianne Corey and Breanna Nicely each had a goal and an assist for the 6-3 Raiders. Courtney Radeka also scored a goal. Jessie Hardy and Lily Evans provided assists. Hardy, Hodgdon and Evans combined for three saves on five shots.

Kelsey Tucker turned away 14 of 22 shots for 0-9 Sumner.

Field hockey

Mount View 3, Camden Hills 2

At Rockport, Anna Piotti scored from a scramble in front of the goal with three seconds left in the second overtime to lift Mount View of Thorndike to the dramatic victory.

Mercedes Reynolds and Brianna Moody also scored for 8-2-1 Mount View, with Reynolds’ goal coming with just two seconds left in the first half.

Mustangs goalies Abby Charrier and Rebecca Kimball made four saves on six shots.

Hillary Gordon and Monica Doucette scored for Camden Hills, with Doucette’s goal with 19:20 left in the second half eventually forcing overtime.

Sarah Nason made nine saves on 12 shots for the 4-6-1 Windjammers.

Belfast 4, Rockland 1

At Belfast, Lauren Rice scored the first of three first-half goals and assisted on the second to spark the Lions to victory over the Tigers.

Britt Mellor, Allie James and Crystle Kirby scored one goal apiece for 6-4-1 Belfast. Brooklyn Curry notched two assists, while Casey James and Ashland Hall posted one each. Emma Hamm and Paxton Mohney combined to make one save on two shots.

Hanna Plourde converted an Allison Ward assist to score the goal for 3-7 Rockland. McKayla Follett racked up 17 saves on 21 shots.

Bangor 2, Mt. Blue 0

At Farmington, Breianna Tocci scored one goal and assisted on the other to lead Bangor past the Mt. Blue Cougars of Farmington.

Ashley Higgins had a goal and Hillary Throckmorton added an assist for the 7-3 Rams. Melissa Mower made three saves on six shots.

Amanda Hall and Kelsey Kidd teamed up to make 18 saves on 22 shots for the 2-8 Cougars.

John Bapst 2, Old Town 1

At Bangor, Katrina Daigle’s goal off a shot from the left post with 8:30 left to play gave the John Bapst Crusaders their 12th win without a loss.

Daigle got a great pass from Marissa Rublee on the right wing. Elise Tilton scored off a Marianne Ferguson assist for the 12-0 Crusaders and Megan Smith saved two of four shots.

Kayla Dupont scored on an Ella Sulinski assist for the 1-10 Coyotes. Danyle Boober made 10 saves on 18 shots.

Nokomis 3, MCI 3 (2OT)

At Newport, Maria Adams of Nokomis and Maine Central Institute of Pittsfield’s Kayla Michaud didn’t allow a goal through two overtimes to force a tie.

Jordin McGinnis had a goal and an assist to pace 8-2-1 Nokomis. Sabrina Vaillancourt and Taylor Loveley also scored. Marissa Shaw had an assist.

Leah Edmonds scored two goals and assisted the other for 5-4-1 MCI. Rebekah Kalgren had a goal.

Nokomis’ Adams saved eight of 11 shots while Michaud of MCI was 16-for-19 in net.
