SANGERVILLE – Janice (Carleton) Carle, 65, beloved wife of 45 years to Carroll A. Carle, passed away peacefully Oct. 12, 2009, after a long illness at her Center Pond home in Sangerville. She was born July 31, 1944, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Charles and Irene (Dulac) Carleton. Janice is survived by her husband of Sangerville; daughter, Joann and her husband, Dana Lovell, of Guilford; daughter, Debbie and her husband, Mike Gould, of Sangerville; three grandchildren, Jessica and Jeremy Bell of Guilford, and Samantha-Jo Brawn of Sangerville; sisters, Rita and Jerry Waterhouse of Dexter, and Sherry and Arthur O’Connor of Greenville; and brother, Barry and his wife, Marge Carleton, of Sangerville; several special nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a graveside service 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at Townhouse Road Cemetery, Sangerville, with Pastor Barry Buzzell officiating. A reception will be held at their home after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Janice’s honor to Mayo Regional Hospital Oncology Clinic and Pine Tree Hospice.
