MASARDIS – Bernice A. Greenlaw, 90, died Nov. 17, 2009, at a Caribou nursing home. She was born Oct. 7, 1919, in Oxbow, the daughter of Hugh and Lena (Pelletier) Anderson. She worked for a time as an assistant in the Maine Forest Service entomology laboratory. She is survived by two sons, Jon Greenlaw and his wife, Violet, of Tampa, Fla., and Wayne Greenlaw and his wife, Vella, of Mapleton; one daughter, Dawn Adams and her husband, George, of Arundel; two sisters, Velma Sherman of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Gertrude Christie of Presque Isle; and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Greenlaw in 1988. A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. Friday at Masardis Municipal Cemetery.
