The Obama administration is considering devoting unused TARP funds, originally appropriated to help banks, to create jobs. Is this a good use of the money? What sort of jobs program would make sense? More stimulus projects, such as infrastructure
completed by private contractors? Or should the administration take a page from the Great Depression and put people to work on public projects?
