NEWPORT and CORINNA -Ina Mae Carter, 84, died Jan. 13, 2010, at a Pittsfield nursing home. She was born June 21, 1925, in Dexter, a daughter of Morton and Garnet (Leavitt) Bullard. Ina was employed for many years at Eastland Woolen Mill, Corinna, and was a longstanding member of Church of Christ, Newport. She is survived by three daughters, Sandra Goodrich of Newport, Cheryl Braley of Troy and Signa West of Bangor; a brother, John Bullard of Tennessee; six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Gayle; and her husband, Kenneth. Spring burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Morses Corner Cemetery, Corinna.
