The dance known as grinding, which has been seen at high school dances around the state in recent years, has some adults ready to throw a bucket of cold water on the participants. Are adults over-reacting? Are they forgetting that some of their dances and other
coming-of-age rituals were also condemned by their parents? Or does grinding cross the line of decency and decorum?
