EAST MILLINOCKET – Judith A. “Judy” Hafford, 63, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010, at a Bangor health care facility. She was born April 29, 1946, in Millinocket, daughter of John W. and Helen L. (McNally) Cullens. Judy was an employee of Baxter State Park and belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary, East Millinocket. She was very fond of and greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. Judy is survived by three children, Rodrique Pelletier II and his fiancee, Stacy Honer, of Thornton, Colo., Jason Hafford and his wife, Carol, of Durham and Shelby Belanger and her husband, Frank, of Bangor; three grandchildren, Brett Belanger and Nora and Samuel Hafford; three siblings, Pauline Bonnette of Houston, Texas, David Cullens and his wife, Connie, of East Millinocket and Louis Cullens and his wife, Shelley, of Windham; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She will also be deeply missed by her best friend, Sheila McGowan-Erb. In addition to her parents, Judy was predeceased by a brother, John “Joey” Cullens; and a brother-in-law, Ron Bonnette. The family expresses our heartfelt appreciation to Raquel Baker, Joan Larlee and Betty Lufkin, and numerous others who have helped in so many ways throughout the years. Friends are invited to visit with the family 6-8 p.m. Monday at Lamson Funeral Home, 17 Western Ave., East Millinocket. Memorial services will be held 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, at First Congregational Church of East Millinocket.
