BALLSTON LAKE, N.Y. – Anne Martin Campbell, 87, of Dino Drive, formerly of Round Lake and Old Town, entered into eternal life Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, surrounded by her loving family at her residence. Anne was born Sept. 6, 1922, in Colonie, N.Y., daughter of the late Michael J. and Margaret Campbell Martin. Anne was employed at the former Glenridge Hospital, Glenville, N.Y., as a nursing assistant until retiring several years ago. Anne was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church, Ushers, N.Y., and St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Indian Island. In addition to her parents, Anne was predeceased by her husband, William C. Campbell Sr., Aug. 5, 1989; and a son, James M. Campbell Sr. Survivors include her loving children, William C. Campbell Jr., Peggy Engstrom, Patricia Brown and her husband, Tim Stokes, Dorothy Campbell and Jeanine and her husband, George Loyacano; 17 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Frances Martin and family; special son-in-law, Artie Brown; special friend, Mary Donato; and all her friends at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Indian Island. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday at Corpus Christi Church, Route 9, Ushers, N.Y. Calling hours will be held 4-8 p.m. Friday at Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9, Clifton Park, N.Y. Burial will be in the spring at Eastline Cemetery, Ballston Lake, N.Y. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Saratoga, 179 Lawrence St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted by the family to Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9, Clifton Park, N.Y.
