MEDWAY – Jeffery P. “Jeff” Campbell, 51, passed away Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010, at his home. He was born Feb. 3, 1958, in Millinocket, the son of Phillip and Nedra (Warman) Campbell. Jeff grew up in East Millinocket, graduating from Schenck High School, Class of 1977. He was employed by Great Northern Paper Co., East Millinocket, for 32 years. Jeff was a very talented and patient man, traits that served him well as a craftsman of all kinds, either in wood or pen. He loved spending time in his woodshop. Jeff was a member of East Branch Sno Rovers, where he worked many hours as a groomer and was a trailmaster. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, was a historian and enjoyed genealogy. Jeff will also be remembered as a loving husband and father. In addition to his parents of East Millinocket, Jeff is survived by his wife, Amanda J. (Lyons) Campbell of Medway; a daughter, Cynthia “Critta” Campbell and her special friend, Justin Boucher, of Manchester, N.H.; three siblings, Collier Lester and her husband, Steve, of Atlanta, Jon Campbell and his wife, Stephanie, of Hermon and Kelly York and her husband, Noel “Yorkie,” of Medway; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Carroll and Priscilla Lyons of Medway; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Diane Lyons of Hartland, Sam Lyons and his wife, Crystal, of Woodville, Mary Grant and her husband, Martin, of Medway, Vicki Austin and her husband, Mark, of Medway, Dennis Lyons and his girlfriend, Tina, of Rochester, N.H., Kristie Bouchard and her husband, Ricky, of Medway and Shelley Lee and her husband, Tom, of Medway; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jeff will also be missed by his feline friend, Chummy. He was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Carroll Lyons Jr. “See Ya!” Graveside services will be held in the springtime at Grindstone Cemetery, Medway.
