SEFFNER, Fla. – Patrick Raymond Murphy died unexpectedly Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010, in Seffner, Fla. Pat was born Jan. 21, 1964, in Bangor, the seventh child of Winifred (Barker) and Francis Murphy. Pat graduated from Brewer High School, Class of 1981. A carpenter by trade, he lived and worked in the Tampa, Fla., area for many years. He was a great lover of music and had a wonderful baritone voice. Pat is survived by his partner, Dennis Coffer of Seffner, Fla.; his mother, Winifred Murphy of Holden; siblings, Martha Perkins and husband, Thomas, of Dedham, Donald Murphy and wife, Mindy, of Yorktown, N.Y., Douglas Murphy and wife, Anne, of Holden, Teresa Caron and husband, Paul, of Brewer, Ann Dinkheller and husband, Kirk, of Lewisburg, Ga., Helena Boutin and her husband, Darrell, of Saco, and Michael and his wife, Ellen, of Holden; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Nick. He was predeceased by his father, Francis Murphy, in 2001. A memorial Mass will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at St. John’s Catholic Church, Bangor, by Father Roland Nadeau.
