After winning the gold medal by defeating the U.S. team, the Canadian women’s hockey team returned to the ice from their locker room with some players openly drinking beer and champagne and some smoking cigars. Was this display unbecoming of the Olympic tradition? Or were the women rightly setting the “gold” standard for partying?
