PORTLAND, Maine — Two Portland men have been indicted in connection with the shooting death of a man outside an apartment building last month.
Police say 24-year-old Serge Mulongo of Portland was attending a party when he was shot to death Feb. 10.
In indictments released Friday, 24-year-old Daudoit Butsitsi (dah-DOO’-et boot-SIT’-see) was charged with intentional or knowing murder. Twenty-one-year-old Moses Okot was charged with murder and felony murder.
Police have not suggested a motive for the shooting.
