WINTERPORT – Margaret A. Parsons, 68, died March 7, 2010, surrounded by her loving family at her home. She was born Oct. 28, 1941, in Bangor, the daughter of Clinton and Mary Helen (Tripp) Ginn. Margaret graduated from Stockton Springs High School in 1959. She enjoyed making quilts and gardening, especially her flower gardens. Margaret worked for Saucony Shoe factory for many years and then for Edwards Shop N Save, Hampden. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Robert Parsons of Winterport; two daughters, Vicki Hewes of Monroe and Robin and her husband, Ron Bridges, of Winterport; five brothers, Jim and Linda Ginn of Frankfort, Dick Ginn of Winterport, Clinton Ginn Jr. and Ruth of Stockton Springs, Andy Ginn and Kathy of Frankfort and Bernard Ginn of Winterport; four sisters, Louise Bragg and Dale Turner of Florida, Jane and Charlie Rancourt of Bangor, Mary and Lewis Philbrick of Winterport and Nancy and Jerry Hammond of Houlton; four grandchildren, Keith, Keeley, Dylan and Kaleb; three great-grandchildren, Tyler, Kaiden and Deja; a very close friend, Gloria Champeon of Monroe; many extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Kenneth Ginn. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, at Essex Street Baptist Church, 84 Essex St., Bangor, where a service of remembrance will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, March 11, with the Rev.
