GLEN ELLYN, Ill. – Susan A. Radon passed away March 13, 2010. She was born July 24, 1962, in Millinocket, to Weldon and Donna Astle. Susan was a graduate of Sterns High School, Millinocket, and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine. Mrs. Radon was the director accreditation at Medical Mutual of Ohio. She is survived by her beloved husband, William Radon; loving children, Kyle Randolph Radon, Andrew Charles Radon and Paige Elizabeth Radon; her dear parents, Weldon and Donna Astle; and sisters, Amy Pease and her children, Tyler and Hanna, Lori MacKenzie and her daughter, Sara, and Patricia (Roy) Evans and daughter, Natalie. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Chester and Thelma (Wallace) Haigh; paternal grandparents, Tyler and Amy (Surrette) Astle; sister, Elizabeth Astle; and nephew, Ryan MacKenzie. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 20, at First Congregational Church, 535 Forest Ave., Glen Ellyn, Ill. Interment will be private. Memorials to American Cancer Society, 1801 South Meyers Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 are appreciated. Arrangements were entrusted to Leonard Memorial Home, Glen Ellyn, Ill.
