SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine — Police in South Portland, Maine, say they’ve charged a 30-year-old man with violation of privacy for allegedly entering a women’s bathroom at a supermarket and looking over a stall at a store employee.

Police say they were called at 1:30 p.m. Sunday to a Hannaford supermarket, where they arrested Andrew Goupil.

Goupil was also charged with violating conditions of his release because he was out on bail on a separate charge at the time of his arrest.
