KENDUSKEAG – L. Isabelle (Flagg) Lawrence, 83, passed away peacefully March 29, 2010, at her home. She was born July 18, 1926, the daughter of Daniel and Annie Flagg. She was the first town clerk of Kenduskeag. She was also a seamstress and homemaker. She is survived by her sister, Rose Megquier; her daughters, Judy and her husband, Bobby Spake, Norma “Nee Nee” Jones, Diane and her husband, Gary Robichaud, and Terry and her husband, Frank Norwood; sons, Robin Layton, and Dan and his wife, Patty Layton; and someone special. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special friends. She was predeceased by brothers, Henry and Wyman Flagg; and sister, Teresa Dickinson. A graveside funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, at Mount Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, 449 Ohio St., Bangor, with the Rev. Bob Carlson officiating. Always in our hearts. We love you.
