At Castine, Nicole Poland hit a game-ending three-run home run in the bottom of the 10th inning, leading Maine Maritime Academy to victory over Colby College of Waterville.
The game went to extra innings after being tied 2-2 through seven.
The Mules scored in the top of the ninth, but MMA’s Poland scored from third on a bobbled ground ball.
Alex Essman scored to put Colby back on top 4-3 in the ninth before Poland homered to give the Lady Mariners the win.
Katie Graichen had two doubles and a run scored. Lindsay Peterson added an RBI triple and Essman had a two-run single in the first.
