ORLAND – Debora A. Pooler, 53, went to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, April 13, 2010, after losing her battle with lung cancer. She was born March 18, 1957, in Bangor, the daughter of Carroll and Betty (Johnson) Mitchell. She attended Bucksport High School and later received her GED. She loved doing all types of crafts, her latest was stained glass. Debbie is survived by her partner, Bob Catlow of Orland; her children, Christopher Coubert and his wife, Dawn, of Virginia, Joshua Pooler and his partner, Patricia, of Florida, and Sarah Pooler, also of Florida; three granddaughters; her mother, Betty Coubert of Bucksport; two sisters, Trudi and Anita; special friend, Jerrylyn Ball and her dog, Shadow; as well as one uncle, one aunt, one nephew and cousins. She was predeceased by her father; one stepdaughter, Katrina Pooler; grandparents, Axel and Marie Johnson; one uncle, John Johnson; and one nephew, Uriah. The family extends special thanks for the loving care provided by those at Brewer Rehabilitation and Living Center and at Premier Home Care. At Debora’s request there will be no funeral services. Donations may be made in her memory to the activity department at Brewer Rehabilitation and Living Center, 74 Parkway South, Brewer, ME 04412. Arrangements are under the direction of Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 28 Elm St., Bucksport.
