FRENCHVILLE – Eudore Roland Nadeau, 84, passed away April 22, 2010, at a Fort Kent health care facility. He was born April 13, 1926, in Frenchville, the son of Henry J. and Elise (Picard) Nadeau. Eudore spent most of his life working as a dairy farmer in Frenchville. After he quit farming in 1977, he continued working for various farmers in the area. He was an excellent provider to his family. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren, leaving many good memories behind. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Theresa Gagnon Nadeau of Frenchville; three sons, Phillip C. Nadeau and his wife, Rolande, of Madawaska, Bernard D. Nadeau and his wife, Linda, of Frenchville and Andre P. Nadeau of Portland; three granddaughters, Leslie-Ann Nadeau, Vicky L. Nadeau and Melanie L. Nadeau; three sisters, Lorette Albert of Madawaska, Evan-geline Smith of Auburn and Dora Smith of Roseville, Calif.; one sister-in-law, MarieAnge Nadeau of Madawaska; one brother, Robert Nadeau and his wife, Claudette, of Frenchville; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; three half brothers, Lucien, Adrien and Willie; and one half sister, Bertha. A funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 24, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Madawaska. Friends and family may call from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Saturday at Lajoie Funeral Home. Spring interment will be held at a later date.
