ANSON – Marian E. Lowell, 87, wife of the late Manuel J. Lowell, died May 31, 2010, at a Madison nursing home. She was born July 26, 1922, in Rumford, the daughter of Richard and Grace (Goodwin) Ross. Marian was a member of Advent Christian Church, Dover-Foxcroft, for many years. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and many friends. She is survived by two sons, Manuel Richard Lowell of Albuquerque, N.M., and Roger James Lowell of North Anson; a grandson, Travis Lowell; a granddaughter, Brienne Morrison; a great-grandson, Tristan Morrison; and former daughter-in-law, Darlene Lowell of Bangor. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, June 3, in the family lot at Rural Grove Cemetery, Dover-Foxcroft, with Pastor Normand St. Michaels officiating.
