DOVER-FOXCROFT — Thieves have apparently shifted their focus from camps to boats in the Piscataquis County region.
A 10-foot boat was reported stolen from a Sebec Lake camp on May 29, and a nearby camp owner reported the theft of a 2009 Mercury 8-horsepower motor. In addition, another camp owner in the vicinity re-ported that a 9 1/2-horsepower boat motor was stolen from his boat on the same day.
