CARIBOU – Glenna M. Sirois, 85, went home in peace June 24, 2010, with her loving family by her side at her residence. She was born Aug. 14, 1924, in Caribou, the daughter of the late Allie and Bertha (Michaud) Thibodeau. Glenna worked her whole life raising her family and supporting the family retail sales business. Mrs. Sirois was a loving and devoted wife and mother, and in later years she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and most of all, her great-grandchildren. She married Frederick A. Sirois and was a lifelong member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Ramsey and her husband, Ralph, of Alma, Ark.; Paula and Steve Michaud of Caribou; one sister, Justine LeVasseur of Caribou; four grandchildren, Wendy Hejab and her husband, Samir of Dyer, Ark., Travis Michaud, Trisha Stubbs and her husband, Russell, and Katie Michaud, all of Caribou; five great-grandchildren, Matthew and Jassem Hejab, Hunter, Grant and Reagen Stubbs; many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Sirois was predeceased by her husband, Frederick; a son, Frederick Jr.; brothers, William “Bill” Thibodeau and Michael Thibodeau; and a sister, Yvonne Watson. Friends may call 9 a.m. until the time of service 10 a.m. Saturday at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, with Father Jean-Paul Labrie officiating.
