EDDINGTON and SHERMAN STATION – Suzanne R. Wade, 61, passed away June 23, 2010, at her home, after a struggle against cancer. She was born Nov. 27, 1948, in Island Falls, the daughter of Leslie T. and Avis M. (Stubbs) Robinson. Suzanne taught in the primary and subprimary grades, and was known for her innovative techniques she used to stir interest of her students, using materials and information gleaned from everyday life. She held a special fondness for the children and staffs at Sherman Elementary, Benedicta School, All Saints School and Dedham School. A devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, teacher and friend, she is survived by her husband, Michael; their son, Aaron; one sister, Diane DeJong; three brothers, Michael Robinson, Craig Robinson and Mark Robinson; one aunt, Mary Lou Shimp; cousins, Carl Shimp, Paul Shimp, Allen Shimp and Jane Straw; a niece, Ann Andrews; and a nephew, Brian Robinson. She was predeceased by their son, Jared. Thank you, to those who have sent gifts, thoughts, prayers, wishes and cards. A memorial celebration for Suzanne; son, Jared M. Wade; and Suzanne’s mother, Avis S. Robinson, will be held Aug. 8 at Shin Pond Village, Patten. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Capella, P.O.
