MATTAWAMKEAG – Betty Ann Jordan, 66, passed away June 28, 2010, at her home. Born June 22, 1944, in Portland, she was the daughter of Harland and Bernice (Jipson) Rogers. Betty enjoyed her family and friends, and she attended Lincoln Center Church of God. She is survived by two children and their spouses, Roger Jordan Jr. and Lisa of Mattawamkeag and Rhonda Fraser and Chuck of Newburgh, and their father, Roger Jordan Sr. of Mattawamkeag; three grandchildren, Cody Jordan, Taylor Jordan and Benjamin LaFountaine; a great-grandson, Koby LaFountaine; “adopted” daughter, Gina Tash of Chester and her daughters, Kaylan and Haley; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Lincoln Cemetery with the Rev. Gerald Craig officiating. There will be a gathering after the service at Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall, Lincoln Center. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Lincoln Center Church of God.
