WESTBROOK, Maine — An agreement has apparently been reached in a quarry dispute in Westbrook, where Pike Industries has been planning an expansion.
WMTW-TV reports that officials of Artel — one of the quarry’s opponents — said Pike, Idexx and the city of Westbrook have reached agreement on a plan to allow quarrying to continue.
