HOULTON – Helena M.T. Maker Dickinson, 78, died Aug. 16, 2010, at a Bangor hospital. She was born March 23, 1932, in Topsfield, daughter of Joseph W. and Vina E. (Smith) Thornton. Helena is survived by two sons, Ronald E. Maker and Harold L. Maker and his wife, Heather; six daughters, Nancy L. Yates and her husband, Bob, Nadine F. Belyea and her husband, Dana, Karla M. Libby, Red L. Selinger, Julianna H. Jimmo, and Davina D. King and her husband, Chad; 32 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, several special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; three sons, Richard M. Maker Jr., Kenneth J. Maker and Johnny Maker; and her brothers and sisters. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Dunn Funeral Home with the Rev. David Tuttle officiating. Interment will be at Smyrna Mills Cemetery.
