GUILFORD – Millie A. Carr, 81, died Aug. 23, 2010, at her home. She was born June 8, 1929, in Abbot, daughter of Asa and Charlotte (Fogg) Stiles. She graduated from Guilford High School and attended Skowhegan Business School. Millie worked at a variety of businesses, but especially enjoyed working at the campgrounds that she and her husband, Phillip, managed. Together they traveled extensively throughout the U.S. She was predeceased by her husband, Phillip Carr. She is survived by her mother, Charlotte Stiles Bane of Guilford; a niece, Kimberlee Stiles; two great-nephews, Dylan and Hunter Shively; and a sister-in-law, Elaine Stiles, all of Colorado. Family and friends are invited to share memories 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 26, at Charlotte’s home, 28 Hudson Ave., Guilford.
