SANGERVILLE – Herman B. Clukey Jr., 74, died Sept. 10, 2010, at a Florida nursing home. He was born April 14, 1936, in Sangerville, son of Herman and Phyllis (Barnes) Clukey Sr. Herman graduated from Piscataquis Community High School, Guilford, Class of 1955, and attended Husson College, Bangor. He worked as a short order cook in Florida in the winters and Southwest Harbor in the summers. He is survived by a brother, Ronald Clukey and his wife, Doris, of Ripley and Barefoot Bay, Fla.; and several cousins. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, at Village Cemetery, Sangerville, with Deacon Fred Harrigan officiating. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal, Guilford.
