CARMEL and LEVANT – Scott and Tammy Garland of Carmel are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Megan J. Garland to Jason M. Ouellette, son of Michael and Jeanne-Ann Ouellette of Levant. Megan and Jason are graduates of Hermon High School and the University of Southern Maine. They reside in Brookline, Mass. The couple plans a fall 2011 wedding.
