PITTSFIELD – Helen “Marie” (Morrison) Cooper, 79, passed away Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, at home. She was born Oct. 26, 1930, in Oakfield, to John and Myrtle (Burpee) Morrison. She is survived by her five children, Delmas Morrison and wife, Irma, of North Carolina, Kathy Martyn and husband, Jeff, of Connecticut, Colin Cooper and wife, Mary Jo, of Virginia, Mark Cooper and wife, Lauri, of Fairfield and Tara Batchelder and husband, Jay, of Palmyra; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. At her request, there will be no services.
