DYER BROOK – Helen A. Crane, 65, died Sept. 29, 2010, in Bangor. She was born Dec. 10, 1944, in Island Falls, the daughter of Henry and Alice “Louise” (Young) Townsend. She was a member of Dyer Brook Community Church, and was a very devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Eli Crane of Dyer Brook; three children, Trevor Crane of Portland, Celeste and her husband, David Perrin, of Virginia Beach, Va., and Darrin and his wife, Michelle Crane, of Hodgdon; and four grandchildren, Caleb, Noah, Sidney and Matthew. She was predeceased by her parents; one daughter, Shelly Lynn; and one brother, Richard. Friends may call noon-2 p.m. Saturday at Bethel Pentecostal Church, Oakfield, where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. with the Rev. Andy Harthorne and David Fox officiating.
