ELLSWORTH – Mark Sean Quinlan, 18, went to be with the Lord Oct. 16, 2010. He was born Feb. 28, 1992, in Burlington, Vt., the son of Dan and Theresa (Brosseau) Quinlan. Mark was a member of Bible Baptist Church, Hancock, and was a servant to the church as a teacher to the children and the nursery. He enjoyed spending time making movies, writing music, playing the piano and guitar, singing, photography and sharing many of these with his friend, David Light. In addition to his parents, he is survived by six brothers and sisters, Matthew and his wife, Sarah, and their son, Logan, of Ellsworth, Sarah, Rachel, Hannah, Joshua and Ezra Quinlan, all of Ellsworth; special extended family, Ethan, Cara and Kendra; paternal grandparents, Gerald and June Quinlan of Williston, Vt.; maternal grandfather, Robert Brosseau Sr.; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves behind the love of his life, Cassidy Hall of Ellsworth; and many friends, including his friends at McDonald’s. Mark was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Myrna Brosseau. A celebration of his life will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, at Bible Baptist Church, Route 1, Hancock, with the Rev. Dan Quinlan, pastor, officiating, with the grace of God.
