DEXTER – Vivian F. Goggin, 87, died Oct. 27, 2010, at a Dexter nursing home. She was born Sept. 6, 1923, in Lowell, Mass., daughter of Arthur and Mary (Todd) Flanders. She is survived by a son, Lee Goggin and his wife, Lori, of Dover-Foxcroft; a daughter, Janice Adams and her husband, Robert, of Virginia; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
