HAMPDEN, Maine — Kristen Hornbrook won a three-way race Tuesday for one open seat on the Hampden Town Council.
Hornbrook, with 1,424 votes, edged former Councilor Andrew Colford, 1,184 votes, and James Feverston, 415 votes.
The 40-year-old Hornbrook is self-employed and lives in Hampden with her husband and two children.
