AMERICAN FORK, Utah – Wesley Lee Morgan died Oct. 24, 2010, at home. He was born April 20, 1938, in Rockwood, the son of Wesley Sr. and Georgia (Calder) Leeger. He retired as a cook at Bangor Mental Health institute in 1981. He also worked for Munsons Transport as a dock manager and driver delivering the Bangor Daily News off and on for more than 20 years. Wes was a gentle and compassionate family man; his passion for living never faltered during the years challenged with illness. He was able to spend the last couple years traveling and enjoying life. His memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him. Wesley is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Marilyn; his children, Vickilynn Landman, Debrah and Timothy Bryant, Lisa and Micheal Cox, Sandra Bean, Jeffrey Bean, Myrna and Phillip Loveless, and Eric Bean; his loving sister, Betty Simpson; a half sister, Nancy Norton; half brother, Elroy Morgan; many special extended family members including many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Tex Morgan. A memorial to celebrate his life will be held 12:30-3 p.m. Dec. 3 at Spectacular Event Center, Griffin Road, Bangor, with a service starting 1 p.m.
