OLD TOWN – Cory R. Grenier, 21, died unexpectedly Nov. 10, 2010. He was born Sept. 12, 1989, in Grand Forks, N.D., a son of Robert P. Grenier and Angela M. (Dowling) Geroux. Cory enjoyed skateboarding, hunting, snowmobiling, being outdoors, baseball and the Red Sox, and loved animals. He had a great sense of humor, infectious laugh and a smile that would melt your heart. He was an independent, free spirited soul who also was very caring. He is survived by his mother, Angela Geroux and her husband, Scott, of Garland; father, Robert Grenier and his wife, Amy, of Milford; two sisters, Nycole Grenier and her partner, Dawn Holt, of Waterville, and Noelle Grenier and her boyfriend, Paul Fitzgerald, of Bangor; maternal grandparents, Linda Knowlton of Veazie, and James Dowling and his wife, Jodie, of Old Town; paternal grandparents, Wanda and George Grenier of Stillwater; maternal aunts and uncles, Karen and Dewayne Stoddard of Greenbush, Steven Damon of Yarmouth, Melania and Brian Maloney of Portland; paternal aunts and uncles, Joy and Robert Getchell of Milford, and Jill and Tim Noyes of Jefferson, N.H.; cousins, Ryan, Lance, Jared, Kelsey, Gabrielle, Tommy and Adam; many more extended family members and special companions, Noah, Zeta, Jack, Daisy, Max and Lucas.
