BANGOR, Maine — A downed line was cited as the cause of a power outage Tuesday that affected an estimated 5,700 Bangor Hydro-Electric Co. customers in Bangor, Glenburn, Kenduskeag and Orono.
The power went out shortly before 2 p.m. and was restored about half an hour later, spokeswoman Susan Faloon said in a news release.
